NJ began with a familiar frustration: owners doing everything right and still getting burned. An architect’s drawing handed to a contractor who never met the designer. An estimate that matched the budget but not the building. A delivery date that was a hope, not a plan.
We started by combining the disciplines under one roof — so the person who draws the building also watches it rise, and the person who prices it answers for it after handover. That early conviction is now our structure: architecture, structural engineering, cost estimation and construction management working as a single team on every project we take on.
Over more than a decade, that way of working has delivered homes, workplaces, interiors and restorations across Dhaka and Chattogram — and it is still the same offer on every engagement: one accountable team, honest reporting, and quality you can verify at every stage.
