A 120-desk workspace delivered on a tight programme — acoustic planning, local joinery and daylight-first layout.
The project
A public-sector consultancy needed 120 desks, four meeting rooms and a training hall delivered inside a live office building, with noisy works restricted to evenings and weekends.
The layout places enclosed rooms along the core, freeing the perimeter for workstations — every desk gets daylight. Acoustic ceilings and soft-finish partitions keep the open floor workable at full occupancy.
Joinery was fabricated locally in Dhaka to compress the programme, with the full fit-out handed over in fourteen weeks from site possession.
