A courtyard villa in progress — three volumes around a private green core, planned for multigenerational living.
The project
Set on a generous Bashundhara plot, this villa is organized as three linked volumes — living, family, and guest — arranged around a central courtyard that pulls light and breeze into the deep plan.
The structure is currently at second-floor slab stage. Formwork, reinforcement and concreting are being executed under NJ's own site team with third-party material testing at every stage.
Interiors are being designed in parallel with construction, so electrical, HVAC and joinery rough-ins are coordinated before walls close — avoiding the rework that typically erodes budgets at finishing stage.
