Chattogram Showroom
A flagship retail showroom built around a single sweeping display volume visible from the street.
The project
The brief was simple to state and hard to build: one uninterrupted display volume, fully visible from the street corner. The answer is a long-span steel roof over a column-free 60-foot showroom floor.
The envelope combines full-height glazing with deep vertical fins that cut glare during Chattogram's brightest hours, keeping the interior comfortable without heavy air-conditioning loads.
NJ delivered the structure, envelope and full interior fit-out — including custom display joinery — in under a year, ahead of the brand's regional launch date.
