Uttara Boutique Hotel

This project converts an aging seven-storey utility building into a 32-key boutique hotel. The existing RCC frame was first assessed and locally strengthened, allowing the project to keep its footprint and timeline intact.

A new facade system re-clads the building in terracotta screens, giving the hotel its street identity while shading guest-room glazing from the western exposure.

Guest floors are being fitted out in rolling batches — two floors at a time — so services, joinery and finishing crews move through the building in a controlled sequence rather than competing for access.
